Giving and Living 2023 - The first trade show of the year
Yesterday was the first trade show of 2023. Phil, Seonee, Beth, Chester, Kipper and Hamilton bundled into the car for a grand day out. First stop was day care for the boys, then onto Exeter for the show. The first point on call was to get coffee, absolutely essential for a day browsing suppliers, and then we hit the stalls. It was great to see a few of our existing suppliers, and see some of the new items they have available. When you order online it's always nice to be able to see different products in person.
We were also on the look out for any new suppliers who had items we might like to stock in the future and we found some companies we love! From cards to mugs to smellies, we came away with details for several companies we would like to stock in the future.
After a busy day of walking, talking and placing one order we were all feeling very hungry and a bit tired. We headed back to Tiverton, grabbed a bite to eat and then went to pick up the boys; Hamilton had a great day, as long as there are other dogs around he's happy, Kip was ok, but sadly Chester was not a fan of day care at all and got lots of cuddles in the car on the way home to make up for it.
Next month we'll be off to the NEC in Birmingham for the main event, halls on halls on halls of every type of item you can imagine!
