PLEASE NOTE - the final posting date for delivery before Christmas is Monday 18th December. Orders received after 4pm on the 18th December will still be dispatched, but are not guaranteed to be received before Christmas.

Delivery prices are for UK addresses only

FREE In-Store Collection
If you are local or fancy a trip to Dulverton then you can collect your order from our store Monday - Saturday 9:30-17:00. Please allow 24 hours from the time of order to collection. Items are held for 7 days.

2nd class Royal Mail £3.95
For orders up to 2000g.

Large Item Service £5.00
For orders over 2000g and/or that won't fit into a small parcel.

Delivery to Europe - International standard delivery
Orders up to 750g - £10.00
Order from 750g - 2kg - £14.00
Please note that depending on the value of the items you may be required to pay VAT/tax on your items to receive them. 

Delivery outside of the UK and Europe
Please contact us for information and pricing for any location outside of the UK or Europe.

If you can't find the delivery option you are after or need something sooner than our delivery times state, then please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If you are ordering from outside Europe then please contact us before ordering to see if delivery is possible and to get a quote. 

Please be aware that If you are ordering from overseas, you will remain liable for paying any duties, customs fees, etc as imposed by the country that the goods are delivered too. Customs charges can be very expensive so please consider this when ordering.

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch orders within 24 working hours, but we always advise our customers to allow 2–4 working days for delivery. Orders placed on a Sunday or bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day. *Please note due to Covid-19 our orders may take slightly longer than usual! We are working exceptionally hard to maintain our delivery times.

In order to keep our cost prices down we sometimes use parcel couriers such as EVRI, in these cases delivery times can be longer. We always aim to get your orders to you as soon as we possibly can.

Refunds & Exchanges

We always want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you aren't thrilled then we offer a returns service.

If you aren’t completely happy with your order then you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. If the item had been damaged or the packaging is not in perfect condition you may not be eligible for a full refund.

You are responsible for covering the return postage costs. We recommend that you add insurance as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit to us.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item which you believe is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible on 01398 322933 or at brownsofdulverton@gmail.com. Please do not attempt to fix the item as this may mean you are not eligible for an exchange or return. If the item is agreed to be faulty then all further costs will be covered by us. Please note - we may require photos of faulty items.

Once we have the faulty item back we will discuss your options with you regarding refund or replacement.

Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a delivery where the parcel is damaged and/or the delivery has affected the item then please note that you may have to raise a case directly with the delivery company. Please contact us for more information.

Missing orders

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact your shipping provider (we can give you this information) with enquiries regarding missing orders. If your item/s are shipped back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re send this out to you but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used. It is your responsibility to ensure the address you have give us is correct.
